ICA Season 3!

As announced in a press release from DC Film and TV, Ris Lacoste of 1789, Morou of Signatures and Cesare Lanfranconi of Ristorante Tosca are all competeing in a priliminary for a challenger spot on Iron Chef America. NBC news reports the secret ingredient for the competition was pumkin, and Chef Morou won with an offering of pumpkin and lobster tea with pumpkin beignet. He also presented pumpkin sour cream with caviar.

Morou will go to New York to battle one of the Iron Chefs in January, with that show being aired on Food Network sometime in 2006.

It's good to hear that Food Network is continuing to record new battles - hopefully we will be able to watch old ones soon - Food Network, please release the Season 1 DVDs!
