More Moto

Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto - who once worked as sushi chef at the famous Nobu New York, will be opening a new casual dining concept named Pauli Moto. The restaurant is slated to open this month in Virginia. Moriomoto will helm the menu's wheel, with help from father and son restaurateurs Paul Ardaji Sr and Jr. The restaurant will also serve Morimoto's own line of beer and sake.

This is great news, seeing Moriomoto's restaurant count catch up with his fellow Iron Chefs, plus there are plans to open an additional nine units by 2007.
