More Outback
Outback has announced a new seafood concept: Blue Coral Seafood & Wine Bar. The concept was birthed by Paul Flemming, who has also devised Flemings and Paul Lee's Chinese Kitchen for Outback as well as P.F. Changs. (He is the PF.)
This is not Outbacks first attempt at seafood, they currently operate Roy's, a Hawaiian themed restaurant named after Chef Roy Yamaguchi, as well as Bonefish Grill.
Outback sees Bonefish Grill as the seafood counterpart to Outback Steakhouse, and Blue Coral would be the seafood counterpart to the more upscale Flemings.
Blue Coral might be debuted in Newport Beach, California.
